Welcome to Alzenware! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile applications and websites (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Who We Are
Alzenware Limited is a software development company registered in Hong Kong. We build productivity, educational, and accessibility tools designed to be fast, secure, and helpful.

2. Accounts and Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions like the EU) to create an account. If you are under this age, a parent or legal guardian must create the account. The guardian's completion of the account creation process signifies their agreement to these Terms on your behalf.
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Subscriptions and Refunds
Some of our apps offer paid features ("Pro" subscriptions).
- Payment Processing: We do not store your financial data. All payments are securely handled by the platform you downloaded the app from (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or our payment processor (Stripe).
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID, Google Play settings, or the web portal. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Because we rely on third-party merchants (Apple/Google), we generally cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests for iOS/Android apps must be made to Apple or Google and are subject to their policies.

You retain full ownership of the notes, documents, audio, or other data you create using our apps ("User Content").
- We do not claim ownership of your data.
- We do not sell your data to advertisers.
- You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (e.g., syncing notes between your devices).
5. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You agree not to misuse our Services. This includes:
- Attempting to copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, or otherwise reproduce any part of our intellectual property, including code, graphic assets, UI/UX design, or written content.
- Using our apps for illegal activities.
- Abusing our API or servers (e.g., sending excessive requests).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")
We are dedicated to quality, but software is never perfect.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALZENWARE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS).
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. (This clause protects us from unlimited liability lawsuits while ensuring your rights remain fair relative to the cost of the service).
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
